PETROGATE Academy’s scholarship program rewards Top GATE qualifiers with up to 75% tuition waivers under Darcy’s Scholarships and cash awards up to ₹1,500 for internal test toppers under Vogel’s Scholarships.

PETROGATE Academy has taken an initiative to reward promising Petrocrats and to ensure that money is not a constraint for those with a passion for learning. We, at PETROGATE Academy offer scholarships to meritorious students for pursuing classroom program, online lectures series and test series based on the eligibility and brilliance of the students.

The scholarships have been divided into two categories:

Category A

Note: A student can avail any ONE (along with ERD, if applicable) of the PETROGATE Academy Darcy’s scholarships, whichever is the higher.

To support and promote talent by nurturing exemplary students in one-to-one manner under the close supervision of Advisory Council and Directors to ensure top ranks in GATE-2026/27.

Important Note
  • Students eligible for any scholarship are required to submit the supporting document in original at the time of availing the scholarship.
  • Scholarships are offered on Tuition fees only.
  • All the above scholarships are applicable for Intensive Classroom Program, Online Lecture Series only
  • Disbursement of scholarship will be done in 15 days from the date of application received through online transaction only.
  • A student is eligible for only one scholarship at a time, No two criteria can be clubbed to avail deduction in fee at PETROGATE Academy.

How to Apply for Scholarship
  • Prescribed SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM is available on demand at PETROGATE Academy Office.
  • To avail the scholarship, student has to produce required documents in original along with the scholarship application form by the earliest
  • Students for whom the Semester Result is awaited at the time of Admission can also apply for scholarship at later stage (before last date), if eligible.
Terms & Conditions

PETROGATE Academy reserves the right to make any alteration or cancel any scholarship at any time at its sole discretion and no claim of any kind will be entertained in this matter. Scholarship of the student will be cancelled if he /she fails to fulfil the minimum requirements. In case of any disputes PetroGATE Academy decision will be final and no further discussions will be entertained.

Frequently Asked Questions

Darcy’s Scholarships target high-achieving students: GATE-2025 qualifiers with AIR ≤ 50 receive a 75% waiver, AIR 51–100 get 50%, AIR 101–200 get 25%, and all other qualifiers get 10%. Additional waivers (10–20%) are available for CGPA ≥ 8.5 with no backlogs and for the first ten “Early Bird” registrants. You may combine only one Darcy’s award with the Early Bird discount if eligible.

Vogel’s Scholarships award cash prizes to the top three scorers in our internal tests: ₹1,500 for 1st, ₹1,000 for 2nd and ₹500 for 3rd. Any student in the Intensive Classroom Program can qualify by topping a designated practice exam. You can only claim the single highest Vogel’s award you earn.

Request the official scholarship application form from the PetroGATE Academy office, complete it, and submit original supporting documents. For students awaiting semester results, late applications are accepted before the deadline. Once approved, scholarship amounts (waiver or cash award) are processed within 15 days via online transfer.

Yes—both Darcy’s and Vogel’s Scholarships apply exclusively to our Intensive Classroom Programs and Online Lecture Series Only. They cover tuition only (registration, coaching and exam fees). Online Lecture Series, Test Series and Practice Paper fees are not covered under these scholarships.
