Important Notes:
- All figures of fee are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
- The Fee Structure for one-year program is only for academic session 2025-26 (i.e., for GATE-2026) and two-year program is for academic session 2025-27 (i.e., for GATE-2027).
- The Total Course Fee is payable only in two Installments (1st & 2nd). The 1st-Installment & 2nd-Installment shall be 60% & 40% respectively of the total course fee.
- There are some penalty provisions also, for late deposition of the 2nd-Installment.
- The Tuition Fee includes the Registration Fee, Coaching Fee, Examination Fee, etc (excluding Online Test Series and Online Practice Papers Fee)
- Fee can be changed, if there is levy/change in taxes by the Central/State Govt.
- Refund of Fee as per the Institute’s policy. Refund request through E-mail / Fax/ Telephone / mobile / SMS will not be entertained. Refund request will be processed for those students, who will submit the request in the prescribed form available at office.

PETROGATE Academy offers five products: the Intensive Classroom Program (ICP) in 1-year (Producer) and 2-year (Developer) formats; the Online Lecture Series (OLS) in similar batches; the Online Test Series (OTS); Online Practice Papers (OPP); and a combo pack combining OTS+OPP. Each has a distinct tuition fee, payable in two installments with clear session-based validity.
All courses require two installments: 60% due upfront (first installment) and 40% as the second installment. For example, the ICP Producer batch’s total ₹49,499 is split into ₹29,999 and ₹19,500. These installments must be paid by the scheduled deadlines. Late payment of the second installment may incur penalties as per institute policy.
Late payment of the second installment triggers penalty provisions outlined in our terms. Penalties vary by the number of days overdue. To avoid extra charges, students should adhere strictly to installment deadlines. Full details on penalty rates and grace periods are provided in the fee brochure and must be reviewed before enrollment.
Yes. All listed fees are in INR and valid for the specified academic session (2025-26 for one-year, 2025-27 for two-year programs). Fees may be revised if the Central or State Government levies or changes taxes. Any such changes will be communicated before the next installment is due, and the revised amount will apply.
Refunds follow PETROGATE Academy’s official policy: submit a completed refund form (available at the office) along with proof of payment. Requests via email, phone or SMS are not accepted. Processing takes up to 15 working days.
